The moot court case was loosely based on the real cases of State v. Brown, 205 N.J. 133 (2011), and State v. W.B., 205 N.J. 588 (2011), raising issues as to the admissibility of evidence and statements and the scope of expert testimony on Child Sexual Abuse Accommodation Syndrome (“CSAAS”).
