The moot court case was based on loosely based on the real cases of State v. Gentry, 183 N.J. 30 (2005) and State v. B.H., 183 N.J. 171 (2005), raising issues as to the force required to sustain a robbery conviction and as to the admissibility of evidence of Battered Women's Syndrome to prove duress, respectively.
