Appellate Advocacy - Summer 2003

The case to be argued by the students in this class in the Summer of 2003 was State v. Singer.

The moot court case was based on loosely based on the real case of State v. Fuller, 182 N.J. 174 (2004), raising issues as to exclusion of jurors based on their religious convictions.

The case was argued before the Supreme Court on December 2, 2003, and student Ward Saxton attended and offered this report.
