State v. Israel Gomez

The moot court case was loosely based on several real cases, including State v. Carty, 170 N.J. 632 (2002), State v. Stovall, 170 N.J. 346 (2002), and City of Indianapolis v. Edmond, 531 U.S. 32 (2000), raising issues of search and seizure law involving motor vehicle checkpoints and consent searches.
