In re Estate of Rudy Julian.

The moot court case was based on the real case of In re Estate of William Kolacy, 332 N.J. Super. 593 (Ch. Div. 2000), in which the court was called on to decide whether twin girls conceived by way of in vitro fertilization several months after their father's death from leukemia were entitled to be considered his heirs under New Jersey intestate law.
