The case argued by the students in this class in the Summer of 1999 was:
State v. Dan Quail.


The moot court case was based on the real case of State v. White, 305 N.J. Super. 322 (App. Div. 1997), in which a defendant argued that municipal police were not entitled to cross town lines to effect an arrest and warrantless search in another jurisdiction.
