State v. Paula Folgers Clintman.


The moot court case was based on the real case of Swidler & Berlin v. United States, 524 U.S. 399 (1998). The case focused on whether the attorney-client privilege survives the death of the client (in this case, the suicide of Clinton aide Vincent Foster).
