The case argued by the students in this class in the Fall of 1996 was:
State v. Buchanan.

The moot court case was based on the real case of State ex rel. J.G., 151 N.J. 565 (1997), in which the constitutional validity of a state statute requiring all sex offenders to submit to compulsory HIV testing was tested.
