The case argued by the students in this class in the Summer of 1996 was:
State v. Buchanan.

The moot court case was based on the real case of State v. Martini, 144 N.J. 603 (1996), in which a death-row inmate sought to terminate all appeals and post-conviction relief proceedings on his behalf.
